Here at SOFT MILK APOTHECARY we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, if there's any issues with your product please let us know within the first week of receiving your purchase.

Our products are made of natural resources which are chosen on their sustainability. We look for ethical certifications of our raw ingredients and work with suppliers who do heavy metal toxicity testing on all raw ingredients. We know our suppliers, how and where are ingredients are harvested.

Due to natural raw ingredients out batches can differ slightly but we aim for exact measurements using scientific scales and equipment.
